TOS• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
• I will not start working until at least 1/2 of the payment has been made.
• I do not usually do refunds. It WILL take longer for me to give you the money back than getting the commission done.
If there is a specific reason, a PARTIAL refund of 40% will be done.
• Payments are done via PAYPAL.
• Prices are in Euros.
• I am allowed to refuse to work on a project for any reason.
• If you want me to work on/with an avatar/asset i do not own, the cost of it will be added to the quote.
GENEREAL INFORMATION• I have Amnesia, I do forget things. There is no reason to get upset if I do, just simply remind me.• I’m still in school [8am-6pm] and it takes a lot of my time and is prioritized.
Meaning that your commission most likely will be delayed and I will inform you of it.• Payed commissions are prioritized over gifts, raffle and owed work.• It usually takes a couple weeks to get a commission done.• First come, first serve rule applies here.• By paying a priority fee, your commission will be prioritized over all other commissions. Meaning that you will be placed at the very top in the list of commissions to be done. First come, first serve rule still applies.
The cost of this fee usually ranges from 20€ to 100€ or more depending on the rush put on me.• I do not share files of projects if not discussed prior. (e.g., .fbx, .unitypackage, .spp, etc.)
TERMS OF USE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Use:• My work is not to be resold, traded, redistributed, or given to others under any circumstances, whether for personal or commercial use.• You are purchasing the right to use the final product, not the rights to the source files or to re-distribute the work. You own your character, not my work.• Do not re-upload, share, or distribute my files (including avatar packages, textures, models, etc.) to any third party, including friends or collaborators, without explicit written permission.This includes but is not limited to:• Selling or trading the avatar or files• Uploading the avatar to another person’s account• Sending the files to another creator for edits or use• Modifications for personal use are allowed unless otherwise stated, but redistribution of modified versions is also prohibited.•Harmful, offensive, or discriminatory modifications are strictly prohibited. This includes,
but is not limited to, edits that promote or express:• Racism• Homophobia• Transphobia• Sexism• Hate speech or any form of bigotry• You also may not use my work to promote, represent, or align with any ideology or group that engages in harmful, discriminatory, or hateful behavior, whether through visuals, performance, or social media presence.If any of these actions are discovered, I reserve the right to permanently blacklist you from future commissions and report the behavior publicly or legally if necessary.Violating these terms may result in permanent refusal of future service, and depending on severity, may lead to public blacklist or DMCA action.These terms exist to protect my work, process, and business. If you’re unsure about something or need permission for a specific use, please reach out directly.
